PRUDENTIAL WHEELED TANK SYSTEM GENERATION 1 DOUBLE WALL INVERT TANK:

Designed for performance and efficiency, the Generation I is our original build. Although it has a smaller capacity than our Generation II model, these tanks perform better than any of our competitors.

Agitation

The Generation I comes with a 3-inch circulation line that runs along the bottom of the tank and 20 ported 3/8-inch nozzles that roll or agitate the fluid with master tank pump. These lines are equipped in all our Prudential horizontal tanks.

We also have a 3-tank system that consists of a master, dual slave and slave that comes with Sew Eurodrive 7.5 hp and 28-inch right angle paddle agitators.

Testing of this agitated system was very successful, as it keeps consistent viscosity and eliminates gelling or solids build up.

Heat

Our Generation I tanks come equipped with either a 1-inch or 2-inch steam coil line.
